Vlerick Group is a Belgian family-owned group with industrial and financial activities.

The group has been in existence for over 50 years, originating from B.I.C. Carpets that was incorporated in 1956.

Also by the take-over of UCO - one of the mainstays of the time-honoured textile industry in Flanders – the group gradually went on to develop a broader-based diversity in terms of activities, both in the area of industry, finance and real estate.

In the meantime, the group has also developed from a regional player to become a group that operates on an international scale. As is duly demonstrated by the group’s activities on a worldwide level:
